The FM is responsible for managing and running the Gym floor and all the trainers of this department making sure that the members are getting the right Fitness support and that the customer service is immaculate. His/her duty also is growing fitness revenue through managing the sales of Personal Training Packages along with the team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors. The FM also oversees the maintenance of the gym and overseas the gym operation in times of MOD.

Responsibilities:
Acquire and maintain a complete understanding of the skills required to perform any Fitness function successfully.
Ensure complete and concise communication with each member and team member.
Ensure that the PT desk and gym area are immaculate at all times.
Perform reporting and administrative functions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Deliver the PT income budget on a monthly basis.
Deliver the highest standards of Customer Care.
Ensure all Human Resources protocols are followed and the Club is effectively staffed at all times.
Ensure the fitness team is well trained and has the right and scientific knowledge
Regularly review the programs offered by the Fitness team to the members and guests
Push and motivate the Fitness team to update their knowledge and pursue certificates.
Comply at all times the Company Health and Safety Policy.
Manage the Minimum Performance Criteria for FI and 1:1 trainers
Actively support and suggest and manage all fitness and other activities and events done by the club
Perform Personal Training sessions (as per the agreement)
Supports all club events
Suggests and actively participate in all Fitness Events, and Manages events for his/her department
Implement effective equipment maintenance.

Person Specification:
1. Must possess strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proactive attitude.
3. Computer literate
4. Must be solution orientated
5. Must be a self starter and hold strong organizational skills
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 year’s previous management experience
Proven industry knowledge
Fitness and Customer Care experience
Degree in a field related to health and fitness.
Fitness certificate, internationally acknowledge.
